Yet Another Dremel Bit Tray
thingiverse
There are countless Dremel bit holders available on Thingiverse, but I wanted one that stood out from the rest due to its unique features. That's exactly what I set out to create. This custom design boasts holes for accommodating regular-sized and large-sized bits, cutters, sanding bands, cutoff wheels, a bit wrench, cutoff wheels stored within the plastic tube, dressing stones, mandrels, and collets - all in one versatile holder. To ensure a smooth print, I deliberately avoided printing any bottom layers. As a result, the infill grid rests directly on the print bed. My initial prototype had three top layers and two perimeters, but it turned out that the top was too fragile in certain areas. To achieve a more robust design, I highly recommend printing with four to five top layers and perimeters. On my Original Prusa MK2, this project took approximately 7 hours and 29 minutes to complete using PLA material.
