Yet another DIY AR smart glasses.

Yet another DIY AR smart glasses.

This is just one more concept of AR glasses. Additional parts: 1. Raspberry Pi Zero W (or any Arduino-like compatible board that can work with 0.96 SPI OLED display). 2. 0.96 SPI OLED display. 3. Battery. 4. Some lens (I used one from a Google Cardboard, 42mm in diameter, cut from both sides to make it 42 x 20 mm rectangle). Lens features and position of the OLED display depend on each other, so any combination that fits can be used. 5. A transparent piece of plastic (optically good enough not to deform the picture). 6. Some software to display information on the display. It's needed to mirror the picture. I use a Python library and played with the background = background.transpose(Image.FLIP_LEFT_RIGHT) function for that. There are many such DIY glasses, and probably the only advantage of this design is not hiding side view.
