Yet Another Contour Gauge
thingiverse
Well, apparently I used the wrong search phrase, at least I hadn't found a similar thing here before. Should have made me suspicious ;o) Yes, there are some here on Thingiverse, but perhaps someone can still use this contour gauge. Of the movable parts, 40 pieces are needed. The two housing halves are pushed into each other and, if necessary, secured with four pieces of filament (1.75). I recommend cleaning the flat parts well from leftovers and smoothing the side surfaces with fine sandpaper if necessary, so that nothing gets stuck later. The best results can be obtained by supporting the gauge from behind with the flat hand and slowly pushing against the surface to be copied. In order to transfer the copied surface safely, you only have to press down firmly on the top of the housing to prevent any movement.
