Yet Another Bed Height Calibration Test
thingiverse
I found this technique by printing numerous small components. Print a cylinder next to each of the four corners of your printer without using raft or brim support (do one corner at a time). You may need a skirt just to get plastic flowing through the extruder tip. The goal is for them to stick firmly to the print area without causing deformation at the base. You should be able to see the hole clearly through the bottom of each piece. If the piece doesn't adhere well at that corner, try adjusting the bed height upward. If the base of the piece becomes deformed, move the bed downward slightly. Continue this process until all four corners print successfully.
