I'm designing yet another 120mm fan grill inspired by imKieva's model. The key difference is that mine's optimized for a 0.4mm nozzle, with webs between hexagons that are two line widths thick. This ensures that the printer doesn't attempt to infill within those webs. Given my household includes young children, I prioritized making the hexagons small enough to prevent their fingers from getting stuck.
