Yennefer pendant

I'm looking at this pendant of Yennefer's that Geralt got from her. It's a pretty sweet trinket, but I'm not sure what kind of powers it holds or anything. If I were to get my hands on it, I'd definitely take the time to learn more about its abilities and how they work. Maybe then I could figure out why Yennefer was so attached to it in the first place.
