I managed to find myself slightly bored last night. Came up with the idea of creating a quick plug for a White Labs/Yeast Bay vial, allowing it to be mounted on a standard 3/8-16 tap as a handle. This makes filling with ingredients like grain or hop flowers much easier. Designed to fit snugly on the vial neck ID, and the thread fit perfectly on my Intertap but cross-threaded very easily on the slotted Perlick. Depending on the cap of your vial, it may have an interference fit ridge for sealing; if so, grab a cap from another softdrink bottle that uses a soft seal material.
