This design concept involves cutting a 6T, 32dp gear into a shaft for use with a Falcon 500 motor. Theoretically, this would enable incredibly compact gearboxes with substantial reductions. Two designs are included: one comprised of two components, where the gear extends fully along the length of the shaft, and another made from a single part but with significantly shorter usable gear length. It's essential to note that the 6T pinions are not intended for standard center-center distances; instead, they should be treated as if they have the C-C distance of an 8T gear.
