Yazzo L Socket Locking Clip Supported
thingiverse
The revamped design offers enhanced support for the clip by incorporating a rounded cutout on the outside edge where panels meet. This adds stiffness to prevent panel flexing. The clip's primary function is to bring panels together without screws, replacing traditional 'T-slot' designs found in MakerBot and Ultimaker builds. To use this design, print multiple clips and replace screw/nut combinations by snapping them into place. Note that this clip isn't a direct substitute for single screws, as it requires panel reconfiguration without extended tabs. The bottom panel, which holds the heavy power supply, benefits from this design due to added support. Additional clips are available in the OpenScad file for further experimentation.
