Although the glyphic texts are eroded, information from this lintel refers to characteristics of the building in which it was found through analysis of images and interpretation of nearby inscriptions. We know that on 9.16.6.11.0 3 ajaw, 3 mwan corresponding to November 9, 575 AD, ruler Yaxun Balam IV (Pajaro Jaguar IV) dressed as a warrior, carrying a lance in his right hand, and as solar god of the underworld, as indicated by the ornament that frames the eye and is woven over the forehead. Standing at the left extreme is an underling, and four prisoners are kneeling with their hands tied down.
