YAUTPANDA - Yet Another Unsightly Test Pattern for Adjustment of Nozzle Distance and Adhesion
thingiverse
I like to print a quick test pattern after making modifications that might affect nozzle distance or adhesion, such as swapping out filament or changing the plate. This is one of my go-to test patterns for this purpose. It's easy to make and doesn't waste much material. The head builds on sweet spots, giving me a good idea if I've adjusted the nozzle distance correctly. Unfortunately, I haven't found a practical use for the finished product yet. It's too coarse for coasters, not decorative enough for wall plasters, too thin for lamp shades, and lacks the structural integrity needed for building blocks or webbing components. However, it can be wrapped around bottles without adding much functionality. Print Settings: Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: Any Post-Printing: Examine, then discard, and repeat if necessary to ensure a successful print job.
