A Custom Grip for Your Yashica YF or Leica M4 Camera This design works seamlessly with both the Yashica YF and Leica M4 cameras. For optimal results, it's recommended to have a high infill percentage. The photographs provided are of the initial grip revision, featuring an 8mm thick base. However, the STL file includes a second revision with a thinner base measuring 4.75mm in thickness and a total height of 54.75mm. The camera's grip section stands at 50mm tall, measured from the bottom of the camera itself. To assemble this custom grip, you'll need a 1/4" / 20 countersunk screw, preferably one that's 1/4" long. This will provide a secure and sturdy attachment to your camera. Conveniently, there's a cutout designed to allow for easy access to the base locking toggle. This means you can keep the grip attached even when changing film, ensuring seamless operation throughout your photography sessions. Finally, apply thin double-sided tape on the opposite end of the tripod screw for secure and reliable attachment.
