YASH Mk 2 - Yet another SD Card Holder Mark 2!

thingiverse

This is a revised version of my initial SD-Card holder "Yash": http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1311222. It requires printing in two stages. First, print the holder itself using Flex Filament (for example, Ninjaflex or similar). Then, print the outer "clamp" with ABS or PLA, which creates tension on the inner side to prevent SD Cards from falling off. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: prusa i3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.25 Infill: 20% Notes: Flexfilament should be printed at a slightly higher temperature than PLA. I used "Ice Filaments ICEFIL1FLX142" and it worked well. Post-Printing Place the flexible part inside the rigid part. If SD Cards still fall off when shaken, insert a small piece of paper between the red and black parts to increase tension and prevent cards from falling.
