Yarn Swift
thingiverse
Update: yeah, in its current form, it doesn't work at all. I'm super busy with school right now, so this is on the back burner for the foreseeable future. But a major redesign will be forthcoming. This Thing is a Work-In-Progress Update: I've got a 3D printer now and WOW the yarn swift doesnt fit together. Edits Incoming. Version 1.0 Hey Everyone, This is my first Thing, but not my first project with CAD or involving designing 3D Printed parts. I looked over Thingiverse for a Yarn Swift that I could make for my wife, but I didnt like any of them. The only non 3D printed parts you need are a 2" 1/4-20 SHCS, 1/4' washer, and a ball bearing, McMaster number 6035K503, and CA glue. I dont currently have access to a 3D printer due to COVID-19 and me not having one of my own, I use the ones at college, so i haven't made this yet. You need one of everything except the Hooks and Outer Arms.
With this file you will be able to print Yarn Swift with your 3D printer. Click on the button and save the file on your computer to work, edit or customize your design. You can also find more 3D designs for printers on Yarn Swift.
