Yard-Man push mower parts

I have a 1995 Yard-Man 21" push mower with rear drive. A lot of the parts have become hard to find, so I made my own. If you are looking for parts, these might help you when you are in a pinch. I searched other 3d printed web sites and couldn't find any that would work. If you have an older push mower, these might help you. Idler-pulley ---------------- I couldn't find the idler pulley, so I made 2 types. They fit the dimensions OD: 1-1/2", ID: 3/8", Height: 1/2" - **IdlerPulleyCustom** - Has a plastic [bearing](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4628063) has held up to 4 cuts (about 6 hours). I greased it with lanolin oil to reduce friction and heat on the bearings. I don't expect it to last much longer, but it's a test to see how long plastic bearing will work on machinery. - **IdlerPulley** - I plan on using this one long term. It's easy to swap, so this one is my go to part. Throttle lever ----------------- The throttle lever is patterned after the original. The old one snapped the handle off the disc, so I created a new one. I made mine out of PETG, but I think ASA might be better so the hole doesn't deform around the cable connection.
