I like to catch movies or TV shows on my phone while lounging in bed, either on my back or side. This stand is tailored specifically for that purpose. It has a wider base for enhanced stability when lying down horizontally and can be adjusted almost vertically to make it easy to watch sideways. This stand was designed with the Samsung S9 in mind, but I'm sure you could modify its design to fit other phones by tweaking the scaling on your 3D printing software.
