Yet Another Nozzle Storage Box. Hey, folks, this has been downloaded dozens upon dozens of times. How about a "like" now and then? :) Or a make, or a comment? This was literally the first thing I ever designed in TinketrCAD, although it's gone through some tweaks and improvements since that time. There are three versions, plus the lid. All three have 51 labeled and threaded spots for extruder nozzles - 4 each of 0.2mm, 0.3mm, 0.5mm, 0.6mm, 0.8mm, and 1.0mm, plus 27 spots for the much more commonly used 0.4mm nozzles. All additionally have 6 threaded spots for Bowden tube connectors/couplers, the differences being in the size /number of the coupler spots The 10mm threads I bumped to 10.1mm, as 10mm was too tight. You may have to clean the threads a bit if you don't have your print settings really tight. BTW, if you are a Creality owner, dump those white couplers NOW - BEFORE they let go in the middle of a print. The plastic teeth in those cheap-ass couplers break regularly... it's not a matter of IF, but of WHEN. And you don't want the WHEN to be as you are nearing the end of a many-hour (or -day) print. The black couplers have metal teeth that don't break nearly as often, and grip the Capricorn tubing (if you are using it) better (Capricorn tubing has a slightly smaller OD than the regular PTFE tubing). I recommend changing and tossing even the black ones on a fairly regular basis... they are dirt cheap, and preventative maintenance is better than staring, slack jawed, at a failed print that could have been prevented. Extruder Nozzle/Bowden Connector (10mm) Storage Box.stl - this one has only 10mm threaded holes for the Bowden tube connectors. I use this one, as my CR-10v2 only has 10mm fittings of this kind. Extruder Nozzle/Bowden Connector (6mm+10mm) Storage Box.stl - this one has three slots each for 6mm and 10mm Bowden tube connectors, for machines such as the Ender 3 (CR-3) that has both size fittings, one on each end of the Bowden tube. Extruder Nozzle/Bowden Connector (6mm) Storage Box.stl - this one has only 6mm threaded holes for the Bowden tube connectors. I am not familiar enough with all the brands to know if this is needed, but I would ass./u/me that somewhere there is a machine that only uses 6mm couplers, Extruder Nozzle/Bowden Connector Storage Box Lid.stl - the lid. Duh.
