Updated. Will post as a remix too... Update - the handle no longer requires supports to print, it has "Screwdriver-o-matic" on the side. The body features an internal spring that I designed using PLA, and so far it holds well. To achieve this, print real slow with a low layer height, such as 0.12. You may get strings where the spring meets the body, but they actually help to stabilize the spring when the nozzle is above it printing the next layer - a lucky side effect of stringing! Files are Screwdriver-o-matic 5&6. ***Updating again soon with printed integral spring.*** If anyone's interested, I'm currently printing it real slow... The final version is v7. To print the body, do so upright without supports. For the handle, use supports to buildplate. Find a suitable spring - I used 9mm x 80mm. Insert a hex bit. Press the two 'F' keys to screw in and the two 'R' keys to screw out. Any remixes or help are greatly appreciated - I used Tinkercad for the design. EDIT...Still waiting for new nozzles so can't print yet. The design was created with a 0.2 nozzle in mind. Uploaded v2, my goal is to have only one handle for both forward and reverse. EDIT...Another update - thinner guides in the handle. I've reduced the number of guides from six to two, and deepened the hex hole to eight millimeters. EDIT... V5 is now being printed. It requires a loose 80mm x 9mm spring.
