Yamaha XJ600 In-Frame Ignition Mount

My 1989 Kawasaki Vulcan S has had a sleek makeover done and the ignition key was relocated upward towards the gas tank where the panels (will/be/do) sit snugly. The key is held in place by zip-ties, but I'm planning to redesign it so that it cradles into its new home more securely, for now this works great! Much better than those flimsy tie-wraps. Print Settings Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.22 Infill: 75% Notes: Supports only under the rear section of the design, so no issues anywhere else - perfect weight and performance on my printer with a higher infill rate! Post-Printing Carefully remove supports, then zip-tie the key to its new location on top of the gas tank. How I Designed This Fusion 360, Laser Micrometer, Pen & Paper, Images for reference.
