Print all parts with 4 walls, top, and bottom at 20% infill. 1. PWC Hose Adapter All.stl is a comprehensive 3/4" garden hose end that connects directly to Yamahas quick flush fitting.* See the note below for o-ring information. 2. 3-8 Hose Adapter 1 of 2.stl is the 3/4" garden hose with a barbed end to fit 3/8" ID hose whip. 3. 3-8 Hose Adapter 2 of 2.stl is the 3/8" barbed end featuring Yamaha's quick coupler.* This part should be printed with the barbed end facing down and supports to achieve a smooth mating surface. **This component will also require an o-ring at the tip. I used one from an automotive A/C kit, part# 4240 (Nissan #8), which is approximately 11mm in diameter. You can find a suitable replacement; it's just a matter of searching. The beauty of having a whip-style connector lies in its ability to position the shut-off between the garden hose and the ski outside where it's easily accessible. This assembly consists of 3/8" silicone hose and single-ear SS clamps measuring 18.5mm in size. (I know this sounds large, but I purchased an assortment from Amazon, and one of them fit perfectly.) Please note that you'll need end nip pliers to close the ear on the clamps.
