<p>This standoff helps support the clutch cable and align it with the engine mounted standoff. I noticed that using the standoff and tying the cable to the frame above the exhaust header reduced the changes in clutch lever free play when turning the handlebar.</p><p>I used PETG for toughness and to withstand the temperature. I assume ABS or ASA would be better but would stay away from PLA. I used paint on support as shown in the photo. The zip tie slots do not need support.
