Choke assembly installation for Yamaha Venture is necessary to activate fuel pump for easy start. A throttle limiter valve and two choke pull-cables work together in a single component called the choke system that operates the arm's pivot, pulling down when the button is squeezed and blocking air flow to enable rich mixture of fuel in carburetor and subsequent easier engine starts, even when snowmobile has been in storage. This part attaches at bottom near rear handlebar on side opposite to controls to engage transmission with neutral position allowing rider to release control and move hands from grips, preventing possible accidents from loss of grip by numb fingers and wrists, as common issue for riders especially during first few times of usage on particularly long or heavy trail rides due to unfamiliarity with proper operating techniques. Choke pull-cable connects between assembly component at end that gets held back with clip, secured tight around the throttle limiter valve so that all tension when grip is not squeezed gets directed towards side allowing rider more accurate control over gear shifting with left hand free to manage and guide the Venture forward in straight lines by simply lifting lever on right.
