This design is intended to replace a chain slider on a 1994 TW200, and it should fit most if not all model years of the motorcycle with ease. It was printed in PETG with a 100% infill for maximum durability, utilizing CURA as the slicer software and Sketchup for the initial design phase. Support material was strategically applied to stabilize overhanging sections. Installation proves straightforward, with the only potential requirement being an extended bolt for secure mounting. As this part has yet to undergo thorough testing, further updates will be provided once a comprehensive assessment is conducted.
