Yamaha TTR 250 auxiliary switch box & dashboard
thingiverse
Designed as a place to hold a couple of extra switches for a headlight override and for some spotlights. Added in a USB C socket and voltmeter. Parts used listed below;2x Durite splashproof rotary switch (https://www.durite.co.uk/durite-shop/quality-core-components/switches-and-indicators/rotary-switches/splashproof-rotary-on-off-swit/065602-splashproof-rotary-on-o.html)Digital voltmeter (https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B08BCRRCJ1)USB C panel mount with waterproof cover (https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0CHYMRKJK)I used some super strong adhesive tape to stick to the top and underside of the clocks. It also requires a bit of trimming off the standard Raid headlight cowl, not sure about the open enduro. Pretty sure this won't fit the blue tanked TTRs with the analogue speedometer.I've also included the step file for the TTR clock black which i modelled to give the switch box the perfect curvature to fit to the clocks. Hopefully it might be useful to someone!
