This part serves as the foundation for mounting front indicators on a Yamaha TRX850 motorcycle, specifically designed to be installed within the fairing's interior. When swapping out the original indicators with LED units, it becomes essential to fill in the hole left behind and provide adequate support for the LED components. The LED items I utilized feature a 10mm threaded post that seamlessly fits through the existing opening. To ensure a sturdy setup, it is crucial to fabricate a metal plate that can be securely attached to the outside of the fairing as well. A suggested print resolution of 100 microns and at least 70% infill density will yield the best results.
