A very quick fix for a typical break on a Yamaha Raptor 660's headlight mount is available on the lower front portion. One very weak spot tends to break, so I created this quick little thing. In addition to printing this, you'll need to drill two or three holes, on either side, preferably into the "meat" of the plastic mount of the headlight case, so there's some strength to hold the wire. What I chose to do is one hole on the thin side and two holes on the thick side, using a length of 26 gauge copper wire (you could use some steel or anything else that fits and can take bending), feeding it halfway through on the thin side, then weaving one side through the inner two holes in the printed part, and the other side on the outer two holes in the printed part. I fed each end of the wire to each of the holes on the thick side, twisting them together. It seems to be holding pretty well after the first ride. I don't know if the headlights changed from the 660 era to the 700 era or not, so it may work on the 700's too if they didn't beef up the headlight housings.
