Yamaha Niken GT - Custom rear light array

This is a quickly designed light array for adding to the rear of Yamaha Niken GT's.I used Ø0.8 Nozzle with 0.3mm layers - fast & furious...& a little bit rough but fine as a concept test.Largest part = Main , Dims 247.3mm x 146.2.I purchased the LED light units from Aliexpress and designed the frames based on their dimension/properties, link below.https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005005248132276.html?spm=a2g0o.order_list.order_list_main.78.34db18026MewXMThe design requires you to print 2 x Saddle, 1 x Frame rail mount & 1 x Main (LH) then mirror that model & print 1 x Main (RH).You will need to remove the rear grab rail assy. to mount the Frame rail mount.The lights are screwed to the Main light frames with screws similar to those provided with the lights but shorter as the ones provided are too long.Printed threads are metric (M5 & M6)Electrical connection is very simple - follow the Lights colour coding & splice into the appropriate wiring underneath the pillion seat.Printer settings are up to you and your printer. I made the existing setup in PLA as a test but plan to print the final iteration in ABS.The main frames incorporate internal conduits that don't require any support as long as your printer can print 45° overhangs so no soluble supports required.Hopefully these lights will be affordable and make you that bit more visible out on your ride!
