My latest creation adds to the versatility of my MT09 with this accessory: a GoPro mount that securely attaches to the handlebar, based on the USB charger mount I previously developed. A custom adapter will be created for my iPhone, enabling it to utilize the device for navigation purposes; however, anyone can use the mount to attach their GoPro as well. To assemble this GoPro mount properly, utilize M2.5 x 20 mounting screws and ensure that the top holes are enlarged to 2.5mm in diameter while keeping the bottom ones at 2.0mm to facilitate a snug fit on the handlebar. An anti-slip sticker was carefully applied to the lower part of the mount for optimal adhesion. Printer Details: Brand: Ultimaker Printer Model: Ultimaker 2 Rafts: Not required Supports: Employed for structural integrity Resolution: Achieved at 0.1mm Infill Percentage: Set to 100% for enhanced durability Printing Notes: The print settings were optimized by using full supports within Cura (rendering adequate support for both the arch and overhangs under the GoPro mount). Removal of these supports only necessitated minimal sanding before attaining a perfect fit from an authentic GoPro mount.
