The gear on my Yamaha lawnmower's drive shaft had completely fallen off, so I decided to reverse-engineer it and 3D-printed a new one in ABS plastic and POM material. I'm curious, what model of Yamaha lawn mower are you using? I printed the gear with a 100% infill ratio, but it might benefit from being less dense to save on material. Thick and multiple walls are recommended for creating strong teeth that can withstand wear and tear. Here are the specifications of my 3D-printed gear: * Outer diameter: 100mm * Inner diameter: 36mm * Number of teeth: 38 * Module: 2.5 * Angle of attack: 20 degrees
