Yamaha keyboard music stand bracket - CP Series

With two adjustable brackets, you can create any size music stand you need for your Yamaha CP Series keyboard. The original music stand from Yamaha simply clicks into place in the two plastic inserts on the back of the keyboard, which didn't seem like a very stable connection to me, so I took the following steps:\r\n\r\n1. Enlarged each plastic insert with a 1/4 inch drill bit.\r\n2. Tapped each enlarged hole to accept a 5/16-18 bolt.\r\n3. Secured each bracket using a plastic knob with a 5/16 inch stud.\r\n\r\nThe two upper holes in the bracket accommodate 1/4-20 bolts. For reference, my music stand measures 40 inches by 12 inches by 1.75 inches.
