This is my ignition key boot cover for the Yamaha Rhino, which was literally falling apart. To create it, I designed a sketch of the key as the cutting tool for the slot with no offsets so that it fits perfectly. By doing this, there's no need for glue or epoxy. Have a small file or sandpaper handy to make any necessary adjustments. I printed mine in PLA, but more flexible filament would improve the print even further. To ensure a smooth finish, I decided to print it on its side and then lightly sand.
