Yamaha Grizzly Panda Emblem
thingiverse
I own a white Yamaha Grizzly, which I've affectionately dubbed "The Panda." I designed and created this custom emblem to replace the original one on the handlebars of my ATV. The emblem features a line drawing of Genma from the popular anime series Ranma 1/2. To ensure accurate printing, the design must be scaled to precise dimensions: 46mm in width, 40mm in height, and 4mm in depth. It's essential to apply uniform scaling during this process to maintain optimal print quality. I apologize for having to resize the emblem, as it was my first project using TinkerCAD, a user-friendly software for creating 3D designs. After printing the emblem with black PLA, I applied a coat of white or silver paint to the interior areas to create a striking contrast between the black Panda and its outline. The result is a visually appealing addition to my ATV. To secure the new emblem in place, I used 3M two-sided automotive trim tape to attach it to the headlight shroud, replacing the original emblem held by two-sided tape.
