The Yamaha DTX900, a 3.6kg powerhouse drum pad, requires a sturdy mount; it comes with a fixed post fitting into a drum rack bracket. For installation on a freestanding cymbal stand with tilting capabilities, the swivel part features mating radial ridges at 15-degree intervals for secure positioning. The post measures 19mm in diameter. Print this mount using high-strength PolyMax PLA from PolyMakr at 190C with 0.3mm layers on an Afinia printer in Fast mode, with the fan duct open. Ensure optimal strength by printing horizontally, with layers aligned parallel to the post's length. The thumbscrew requires an M6 x 25 hex-head bolt.
