The small right-angle tube that sits inside the head piece, connecting the mouthpiece and longer tube to the assembly on the inside with the hole in the flexible material (which nests around the pcb). I printed this part on its side in TPU with 0.15mm layer height on my Makerfarm 8' Pegasus, and it fit nicely. Other materials may need to have the tolerances adjusted in the .scad file.
