I am not affiliated with Yale in any way other than by association, and this design likely doesn't meet their exact specifications for angles and measurements of the official Y logo. I printed my design at an 80% scale, making it 3.6mm high. The raised part starts at 50%, which is around layer 1.8. I took a pause and changed filament to blue halfway through the 10th layer (layers 1.8-2) when it was doing infill of the Y logo, as this would minimize damage from resting in one place compared to printing an edge. It probably would have been faster and cleaner if I had printed at 100% infill, but my design still turned out pretty nice despite these compromises.
