The Yak-54 is a Russian aerobatic and sports plane from the '90s, designed by Yakovlev Aircraft Corporation. It's based on the single-seat Yak-55M. The first flight occurred December 23, 1993. With a length of 6.91 m and wingspan of 8.15m, this aircraft has a wing area of 12.890 m2. Its maximum takeoff weight is 990 kg for two-seat versions or 1,874 kg for single-seat operations. It's powered by an AOOT M-14P radial piston engine producing 270 kW (360 hp). The aircraft has a maximum speed of 450 km/h, stall speed of 111 km/h, and can fly up to 4,001 m. It's capable of +9 G-force and -7 G-force with a roll rate of 345 degrees per second and a rate of climb at 15.01 m/s. Its ferry range is 700 km (435 mi; 378 nmi).
