Yakitori maker - beef and cheese

thingiverse

I adore Japanese Yakitoris, especially those featuring cheese and beef. So I crafted a mold that lets you cook while dining in a Japanese restaurant. Made of food-grade PET, this tool is incredibly easy to use: insert the beef component (I prefer carpaccio-cut meat) into the mold, add cheddar-cheese pieces next, followed by the wooden skewer and another layer of cheese. Secure the "beef-coat" with your fingers to achieve a neat brochette shape. Remove the detachable part and gently push out the squared-shaped brochette; all you need to do is cook it in a stove with sweet soy sauce applied evenly on both meat sides.
