Here is a plug holder that mounts onto Garmin Striker Plus 5/7 sounder units and potentially the 9cv sounder mount. Something that should definitely come with the sounder mount. After fishing, you'll find that cables often have water in them when trying to plug into terminals, which can be quite frustrating! However, I'm not complaining since Garmin includes a lot of goodies in their box compared to other sounder companies. It prints with supports around the seating lip. Use a 'Horizontal Offset from part' at 0.5mm for easy removal of supports. Make sure to avoid placing any supports within the pilot hole. It's perfectly fine to print a bridge over the top without supports, but having them in there would be a real hassle. The pilot hole is 2mm in diameter. Heat up your screw with a lighter and screw it in carefully. Don't make it too hot or it will melt away the PLA like magic. I wouldn't recommend trying to tap it because PLA tends to become loose afterward.
