I'm creating insulators for building a Yagi Antenna. These will fit snugly onto a 25x25mm aluminum boom, suitable for element sizes ranging from 6 to 10mm in diameter. I've got more projects in the works, like driven element mounts that I'll be sharing soon. When assembling these insulators, I typically center the tube and then pull it back slightly before applying a small amount of superglue to secure it in place.
