The Yagi antenna is created specifically for the DJI Phantom Vision or Vision Plus, acting as an additional transmitter antenna extender. Unlike a parabolic antenna, this design offers lower gain but covers a wider angle of radiation. When tested in CE mode, I managed to reach an astonishing 808m/2650ft distance. Notably, that's a remarkable 200m/650ft increase over using the Yagi alone. I conceptualized the Yagi for optimal functionality using Cu sheet components and hypothesize superior results could be achieved with Al or Cu rods.
