Yaesu HAM Radio Mount & Bezel
thingiverse
This is a design for a pair of brackets to hold a Yaesu FT-8800R (and likely other radios) securely in place within a rooftop overhead console for a Land Rover Defender. These brackets are intentionally non-symmetrical, as my own console has distinct right and left offsets due to variations in manufacturing techniques. Bracket is designed to snap easily into the console's custom-fit slots, followed by the insertion of the radio itself. Rooftop console details can be found at: http://def-is.com/en/shop/storage-systems/product/view/8/9.html HAM Radio specifications are available online at: https://www.yaesu.com/indexVS.cfm?cmd=DisplayProducts&ProdCatID=106&encProdID=FD01F8F398F2B94A9C9F4299F3D18732
