This is my take on the design idea found here (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1157683). It protects all the plugs and cables on the back of my Yaesu FT 857 D when I strap it in place in my Tasmanian Tiger MIL OPS Pack 80 + 24. It also keeps it from sliding down. The new version makes a perfect fit of the 857 into a Tasmanian Tiger TT TacPouch 8 with the side rails by SP6GVU from ebay
