This is an easy way to repair encoder that gets loose with time by making an additional support with bearing. You need a small roller bearing 8/10 mm inside/outside (e.g. HK081410 type) which fits into printed piece, and place it instead of original tensioner with spring. Adjusting the tension screw you can make the whole piece rotate a bit to adjust the encoder's axle wobble. Actually picture explains all above.
