The Yaesu FRG9600 tuning knob can easily be repurposed for other projects. This knob features a 5.7mm hole that perfectly fits a 6mm metric push-on shaft. The main body of the knob is printed using PLA or ABS, while the grip is made from flexible materials like PLAflex or TPU. To achieve smooth results, it's recommended to print at a slow speed of 15-20 mm/s. The grip securely attaches via a simple push-on fit.
