YAC: Bollard

This model was created by the Moors & Valleys branch of the Young Archaeologists' Club, North Yorkshire. The YAC is a national organization in the UK run by the Council for British Archaeology, catering to young people aged 8-16 with an interest in heritage and archaeology. We recently explored why photogrammetry is beneficial for archaeologists, particularly as it enables rapid and effortless recording of features. Next, we put this knowledge into practice, and these models are a testament to our successful learning process. They demonstrate the group's ability to grasp the concept quickly, allowing us to expand the archaeological record at sites we visit or when discovering new finds out in the field.
