Similar to item #28764, this version boasts new zip tie-retained LM8UU holders. Although I haven't printed it yet, I have used these holders in other projects without issue. The provided STL is designed for SAE 6-32 hardware, but the SCAD files can be modified to fit other sizes. To assemble, start by drilling the bridge layer in the belt clamp nut traps. Position your print over the bed and mark the positions of the four mounting holes. I suggest using 5/8" sheet metal screws into 1/2" plywood. Secure temporarily with two screws, then create clearance holes for the belt clamp screws to allow them to go past the bottom of the print and slightly into the bed when clamping the belt. Next, place nuts in the belt clamp nut traps and reassemble the sled onto the bed. The belt is fastened on one side with a simple cap featuring teeth, while on the other side it goes through the channel, followed by the tightener (with screw, captive nut, and ram), ensuring that the teeth face upwards. Finally, top it off with the plain cap.
