This is a straightforward to build, open-source (FreeCAD sources are included in the zip file), lightweight Y-shaped tricopter frame with a backlash-free 2-bearing tail. Non-printed parts include: carbon fiber square pipe 8mm (2x 330mm,1x 300mm) carbon fiber round pipe 6mm (3x 200mm) 2x 5x10x4mm bearings 1x servo push rod with ball link ends 1x 25mm press-fit furniture sleeve with 4mm inner and 5mm outer diameter (*) 2x M4 screws (1x 25mm, the other one 6-10mm or you can cut it to fit the sleeve) 1x M4 nyloc nut M3 hardware (screws, nyloc nuts) Motor mounts are designed for DT-750 motors (https://hobbyking.com/en_us/hextronik-dt750-brushless-outrunner-750kv.html). Various accessories (GoPro vibration resistant mount, flight controller mount, etc) will follow shortly. To assemble, print everything (2x main hub, 2x side motor mounts, 3x gear leg mounts and shoes, 1x tail servo and motor mounts), press fit printed parts to carbon pipes and drill holes through carbon fiber with 3mm drill. Then you can screw everything together. I advise having 3 screws protruding from each side of the hub, so they can be used to attach stuff. Press fit sleeve is used in a tail assembly as bearings axis. I highly recommend using nyloc nuts everywhere.
