I'm absolutely crazy about Megreth's Y-axis belt tensioner from Thingiverse - check out thing:2395455. However, I had to get creative and remix the bearing bracket to fit perfectly on the existing base, which meant rotating it a full 90 degrees to achieve the ideal setup.
