I just lost my acrylic Y stop on my TronXY X5SA. I designed this replacement using Fusion360 - nothing too complicated. If you like it, a cup of coffee would be much appreciated! Coffee lovers unite! For the holes, drilling or using a drill press (for better accuracy) will work great, place them wherever you need them. A 60% infill is more than enough for this model, and I used PLA.
