To enhance cooling, encase your build chamber and add extra stepper motor cooling. Secure a 55mm heatsink/fan on the Replicator 2/2x Y-stepper motor with this clip, providing ample clearance for moving parts. The fan used is http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B006Z4J8JE; any equivalent heat sink/fan combo should work. Print with ABS (not ideal for PLA), using 0.20 layers, 3 shells, 30% infill, HBP at 115C, spurs off, and good ventilation. Apply a small amount of thermal grease for heat transfer. Loosen the fan's clip pins to remove it. Experiment with settings for optimal results.
